This graph and the table show the number of fishermen in millions and the world’s top ten exporters of fish in 2000.
            In the graph, Asia is the most developed one, compared to the other regions. In 1970, there were 11 million fishermen, and in 1980 it increased to 14 million fishermen, and in the year 2000 it increased to approximately 26 to 27 million in fishermen. On the other hand Africa dropped from the year 1970 to 2000, from 12 million to less than 4 million fishermen. In South America it maintained the same with 8 million fishermen, and in North America it increased a bit and also in Europe it dropped or decreased then increased.
            In the table, Thailand in Asia is the world’s top exporter of fish and South Korea also in Asia is the lowest of the top ten. Norway comes second, and the USA third.
            In conclusion, Asia had the highest number of fishermen, and the top country among the world’s exporters of fish.
